Foreign Ministry welcomes EU sanctions on Iran

The Foreign Ministry Monday praised the EU@@@s unilateral sanctions on Iran.
In a statement, the Ministry "welcomed the EU decision to impose more meaningful sanctions on Iran.
"Europe is broadcasting a clear message to Iran about the price of their current conduct, and that the international community will not accept consistent disregard for international norms."
The EU, along with Canada, adopted a set of unilateral sanctions against Iran Monday.
