Four more rabbis investigated in Yitzhar rabbi case

Assistant State Attorney Shai Nitzan instructed the police on Thursday to investigate additional rabbis in the Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira case, Israel Radio reported.
Shapira, of the Samaria settlement of Yitzhar, wrote a pamphlet called "The King's Torah," that dealt with the killing of gentiles under Jewish law.
The police plan to investigate Rabbi Yosef Elitzur, another author of the book, as well as the rabbis who authorized the pamphlet: Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg, Rabbi Dov Lior and Rabbi Yaakov Yosef, who was involved in the Emmanuel school case. They are suspected of inciting violence and racism.
