Girlfriend claims: Tal Mor drank and smoked

New evidence came to light Tuesday morning at the Petah Tikva District Court concerning Tal Mor's hit-and-run case. Mor's girlfriend claimed that the two had drank Arak and smoked marijuana before the accident that killed 43 year old biker Shneor Heshin occurred.

Mor's defense attorney has been stipulating that fatigue was the cause of the accident. When the court session opened today, Mor reiterated with confidence that he had not injured Heshin, and expressed hope that "the court will do me justice."
