In a vote conducted by telephone on Sunday night, the government approved Deputy Health Minister Ya'acov Litzman's initiative to allocate NIS 65 million of the health basket fund, so that children and teenagers receive free dental care. MK Rachel Adato (Kadima) slammed the fact that the decision was made over the phone, saying that there is no substitute for a professional discussion when it comes to using money from the health basket.
