Gov't minister in South Sudan killed in dispute

Uganda — An army spokesman for Southern Sudan says a government minister has been shot dead by his personal driver.
Col. Philip Aguer says that the driver then killed himself.
The cause of Wednesday's shooting was not immediately clear but appears unrelated to Southern Sudan's successful independence referendum from the north.
Aguer said the minister and his driver are believed to be related by marriage. He declined to name the minister, pending notification of relatives.
