Hamas criticizes Canada for terrorist designation

Hamas on Saturday criticized a decision by Canada last week to keep the group on a list of "terrorist entities" after review, Xinhua reported.
The group was first listed as a terrorist entity by Canada in 2002. Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum called the decision "a clear bias to Israel," according to Xinhua. He claimed that the decision "encourages Israel to commit more crimes against the Palestinian people."
