Hariri: World won't allow Israel to attack Lebanon

Lebanese Prime Minister Sa'ad Hariri has received international assurances that Israel will not be allowed to start a war against Lebanon again, Israel Radio quoted the Lebanese premier as saying on Wednesday.
At a meeting of newspaper editors in Beirut, Hariri said he had been told Israel’s threats and accusations were aimed at raising tension in the area. The Lebanese prime minister said French President Nicolas Sarkozy was among those who had allayed his fears.
