High Court: Emmanuel parents follow ruling or face jail

The High Court of Justice ruled Tuesday that the parents of girls attending the Beit Yaakov in Emmanuel either follow the court ruling, and enroll their children in the integrated school or face time in prison.
The court had ruled that the separate Hassidic track parents had initiated within the school, to which some 70 girls transferred, was illegal and racist and must be removed.
