High Court rejects Pearlman's appeal of remand extension

The High Court on Monday rejected "Jewish Terrorist" Haim Pearlman's appeal of the decision to extend his remand for a third time until Wednesday, Israel Radio reported.
In his decision, Judge Elyakim Rubinstein wrote that the appeal is being rejected because of the seriousness of the charges against Pearlman and the fact that the State's case against him his well based. He added that Pearlman's claims that he was dealt with violently during his interrogations should be investigated.
Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court decided to extend Pearlman's remand for a third time last week.  He is suspected of murdering four Arabs between 1998 and 2004.
