Holon tent protest: Speculation city will evacuate tents

Activists at the tent city located in the Jesse Cohen neighborhood in Holon were spreading rumors Wednesday that YASSAM crowd-control police were coming to take down the weeks-old campsite.
Late Wednesday afternoon, municipal clerks begun passing through the site, arguing with activists but not actually attempting to take down any tents.
On Monday, city clerks in Tel Aviv circled the tent cities in the north of the city, on Nordau and Ben-Gurion streets, and said that vacant tents would be removed.
