IDF jeep on northern border hit by stray Syrian bullets

An IDF jeep was struck by stray Syrian bullets on the northern border on Monday night.
The army believes the bullets were fired in the course of raging battles between the Syrian army and rebels near the Israeli border.
The IDF confirmed the incident, adding that the vehicle was damaged but that there were no injuries.
"We have reported the incident to the United National Disengagement Force," an army spokeswoman said.
According to report, the jeep contained a battalion commander.
