IDF, Palestinians clash at activist's funeral

IDF forces used demonstration dispersal techniques on Palestinians attending the funeral of Mustafa Tamimi on Sunday after a number of Palestinians began throwing rocks at them.
Hundreds of Palestinians gathered in Nabi Saleh for the funeral of the Palestinian protester who died a day earlier from wounds sustained during a demonstration in the West Bank.
IDF sources said that Tamimi was injured during a violent demonstration against Israeli security forces near the village of Nabi Salah in Samaria. Soldiers and border policemen fired tear gas to disperse the demonstrations. Palestinians said that Tamimi was hit in the face by a gas canister.
