IDF: Second siren that sounded in South was a mistake

The IDF has said that an emergency siren that went off twice Wednesday morning in Israel's southern region was a mistake. The alarm was part of 'Turning Point 5" a nationwide civil defense drill.

According to Israeli sources, the second siren, occurring only seconds after the first ended, caused some panic.
