IDF urges flexibility for soldiers without free train rides

The IDF's Deputy Chief of Staff Maj.-Gen. Yair Naveh asked the army's commanders to be flexible with soldiers who show up late due to the cancellation of free train rides for soldiers on Sunday mornings, Army Radio reported Wednesday.
In a discussion Tuesday night, the state upheld its decision to remove the free train pass for soldiers on Sunday mornings between six and nine.
