Iguazu falls joins seven wonders of the world

A ceremony to mark the naming of Argentina's Iguazu Falls as one of the world's new seven wonders of nature took place alongside the falls on Saturday.
A plaque designating the Falls' new title was unveiled by the President of the New7Wonders organization, Bernard Weber, at the event.
Argentina's natural wonder emerged a winner along with the Amazon rain forest, Halong Bay in Vietnam, Jeju Island in South Korea, Komodo in Indonesia, the Philippines' Puerto Princesa Underground River, and Table Mountain in South Africa.
The results are the product of a consultation process which ran from December 2007 to July 2009.
