Iran: An attack on our nuclear facilities is futile

Iran responded on Tuesday to reported military threats by Israel and the United States, saying an attack the Islamic Republic would be foolish and would fail to thwart Iran's nuclear program, Israel Radio reported.
According to the report, senior advisor to Supreme Leader Ayotollah Khameini, Mohammed Jabad Larijani, said that military strikes aimed at injuring Iran's nuclear infrastructure are futile.
"If you kill two scientists there will be a hundred more to take their place. If you attack one location, another will be built in its stead," Larijani said during his visit to the United Nations headquarters in New York, according to Israel Radio.
