Iran arrests would-be hijacker on Syria-bound airplane

TEHERAN, Iran — Iran's state radio says a man attempting to hijack a plane bound for Syria was arrested on board.
The radio says security guards on the Teheran-Damascus flight prevented the attempt and arrested the suspect. No one was hurt in the incident.
