TEHERAN, Iran — Iran says the country plans to reduceits cultural relations with Britain, an indication of the deterioratingrelations between the two countries.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesmanRamin Mehmanparast said Tuesday that there will be changes in the realmof "education and universities."
Iran has not sent students on Iranian scholarships to Britain in past years.
On Monday British Foreign Secretary David Miliband called Iran's nuclear program a "real threat" to international security.
