Israel Railways announces halting, cancellation of trains

At around 12:45 p.m., Israel Railways decreed that all northern rail line service would begin and end at Tel Aviv Savidor-Merkaz, while all southern rail line service would begin and end at Tel Aviv HaHagana.
All trains from Jerusalem, Rishonim and Beersheba would begin and end at Lod. Train service between Modi'in and Tel Aviv was temporarily canceled entirely, while the Herzliya station was shut down.
