A radical Muslim cleric who has called for the killing of Americans, Hindus and Jews is unlikely to face extra scrutiny when he arrives in Jamaica, the island's foreign affairs minister said Thursday. Sheik Abdullah el-Faisal has not committed any crimes in his native country, Minister Kenneth Baugh told Nationwide News Network radio. "He's free to come to Jamaica. It's his home," he said. "We have a duty to protect every citizen, and he's entitled to due process." It is unclear when el-Faisal might arrive in Jamaica, where he lived before departing for Africa in early 2009 on a Jamaican passport.
