J’lem adds 8 green schools between 2010-2011

Between the years 2010 and 2011, the city of Jerusalem has added eight new green schools to its midst, the city announced on Sunday. This is a significant improvement from the 2009-2010 interval, where the city only saw an addition of five green schools, and is a higher figure than that of Tel Aviv, which claims only three new green schools this year, according to the Jerusalem municipality.
The eight new green schools include: Ziv Middle School, Beith Hinuch School, Ilan Ramon, Al-Zahra Special Education School in east Jerusalem, Guatemala, Deaf Alliance, Keshet Primary and Paula Ben-Gurion.
