Katz: If freeze renewed, there will be elections by spring

National Union head Ya'akov Katz said that if Prime Minister Netanyahu renews the construction freeze, there will be Knesset elections in the spring, Israel Radio reported on Tuesday.
Katz estimated that if Netanyahu takes such a step, five to ten Likud MKs will leave the party and the Likud will implode, according to the report.
The National Union head also said in the interview that the Habayit Hayehudi party has already announced it will be the first to leave the coalition in such a scenario.
