State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss said Tuesday that his office has received responses to the draft report into the Carmel Fire and the full report is in its final stages.
Lindenstrauss told Knesset speaker Reuven Rivlin that his office has met with the finance and interior ministers over the matter.
"They both received a copy of the draft report and we received oral and written answers from them," he said.
In response to a question regarding whether he report has been submitted to the attorney-general because of concerns over criminal liability, Lindenstrauss said that copies of all his reports are filed to the attorney-general and this case was no different.
The state comptroller would not give any details regarding his office's audit into trips made by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
