Man accidentally drives car into McDonalds in Acre

An Acre man was mildly injured Thursday after he accidentally drove his car into a McDonalds restaurant at a local shopping center.

Initial investigations found that the man had accidentally stepped on the gas pedal, instead of the brakes, when he approached the restaurant and broke through the front door, coming to a stop centimeters from the counter.

One woman suffered from shock, but no injuries were reported among diners or staff.
