Man who killed brother-in-law jailed for 17 years

A Migdal Haemek man who killed his brother-in-law seven years ago by throwing him into a six-meter-deep pit of water was sentenced to 17 years in jail on Tuesday. The body was found by chance last year.
The man, 61-year-old Salim Saluti, was also ordered to compensate the family of the deceased to the tune of NIS 35,000.
