Martin Indyk criticizes Israeli approach to peace process

Former US ambassador to Israel Martin Indyk expressed a sharp criticism of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s approach to the peace process, specifically to the recent debate on building in Jewish areas of east Jerusalem, on Wednesday.
“The critical question here is what is most important? If Israel is a superpower and doesn’t need the protection of the US and their stress on Iran, then go ahead and do what you want. But if you need the US, then you need to take into consideration the US’s interests," Indyk told Army Radio.
