Ministers to discuss bill outlawing business with Iran

MK Carmel Shama-Hacohen announced on Thursday that he would propose a bill to make investments in companies that do business with Iran illegal.
Such an investment would carry a year's prison sentence and a fine of NIS five million or three times the amount the investor earned from dealings with Iran, whichever amount is higher.
The bill will be discussed at Sunday's meeting of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation.
