MK Sanaa slams PM for putting no Arabs on 'social c'tee'

MK Taleb el-Sana (United Arab List Ta'al) on Tuesday slammed the formation of a team tasked with meeting social protesters's demands and presenting proposed solutions for not containing a single representative of the Arab public.
Sanaa lamented that the Arab sector is not being represented despite it being "the most deprived, and suffering from a distressing lack of housing."
The committee, he said, "was formed out of political considerations and not weighing professional issues." Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is trying to put out fires with slogans and committees and not with political efforts relating to social issues," he added."
Sana warned that ignoring the problems of the Arab public could increase anger and frustration and bring about the breakout of an Arab struggle. The government team, he said, should "examine the government's failures and bring about necessary changes in the government's social policies."
