Opposition leader Shaul Mofaz said the Kadima party will form the next coalition, which he invited all other Zionist parties to join.
Speaking a a press conference in the Kadima faction room of the Knesset, Mofaz blamed a lack of strategic military cooperation with the US on Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak's policies. "The current government must take the position that the US leads when it comes to Iran," he said, stressing that an early attack on Iran would endanger Israel. "We must fully cooperate on this issue and work for stronger sanctions, including from Russia and China."
