Mubarak's lawyer: Ex-president is in 'very bad health'

The lawyer for ousted Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Sunday told CNN in an interview that the former president was in "very bad health" suffering from a "serious heart problem" and a resurgence of colon cancer.
"He doesn't watch TV or anything else," Farid El Deeb was quoted as saying by CNN in his first interview since he was hired by the Mubarak family in April. "They ban him from doing so to avoid more psychological pain. He speaks very little and suppresses a lot of his pain."
El Deeb added that, "[Mubarak] was very sad and sorry because he did not imagine such accusations, especially as he believes that they are all false."
The lawyer denied that Mubarak ever approved the US of force or live ammunition against protesters demanding his resignation.
