NATO rejects Gaddafi's ceasefire offer until violence stops

NATO on Saturday rejected Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's calls for an immediate ceasefire, AP reported.
The organization said it wants Gaddafi's troops to end their attacks against civilians before it considers the ceasefire offer.
Gaddafi asked for a ceasefire as well as negotiations with NATO during a live speech on state TV early Saturday.
