Netanyahu, Livni meet in Tel Aviv for monthly update

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met opposition leader Tzipi Livni on Thursday at the Kirya military headquarters in Tel Aviv.
Although the meeting was officially defined as a monthly update, it came amid reports of contacts between Netanyahu associates and spokespeople for Kadima Number 2 Shaul Mofaz, who is reportedly looking to overtake the Kadima chair.
As such, there was speculation that political matters were also discussed during Thursday's meeting.
