Norway minister praises police after attacks

OSLO - Norway's Justice Minister praised police on Tuesday for "fantastic" work after attacks that killed at least 76 people, despite criticisms that they were slow to react to a shooting massacre.
"It is very important that we have an open and critical approach...but there is a time for everything," Knut Storberget told reporters after talks with Oslo's police chief, referring to criticisms mostly in the media of the police response.
