OECD: Israel second in rate of adults with higher education

Israel has the second highest percentage of adults who have received higher education among OECD nations, according to the organization's annual report on education, released Tuesday.
According to the report, 46 percent of adults aged 25-64 in Israel have attained tertiary education, second only to Canada, who led OECD nations with 51% of adults having higher education.
In the United States, 42% of the adult population received higher education, while the OECD average is 31%.
