Ofakim: Gate collapses on 5-year-old; critically injured

A 5-year-old was critically injured Tuesday after a 150 kg. metal gate collapsed on him at Hefetz Hayyim Yeshiva in Ofakim.
Magen David Adom Negev crews who responded to the scene began resuscitation efforts and evacuated Daniel Katifian to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba.
Police are investigating the incident for the possibility of negligence.
