Orlev: I'll quit Knesset if I'm not elected party chairman

MK Zevulun Orlev on Wednesday said that if he is not elected chairman of his Habayit Hayehudi party in the next elections, scheduled for September 4, he will not run for Knesset at all.
Orlev, who has served as an member of Knesset since 1999, criticized past efforts in his party to parachute stars into the party's leadership, a thinly veiled criticism of Daniel Hershkowitz and Efi Eitam.
