Passenger convicted of groping El Al flight attendant

A Rishon Lezion Magistrate Court on Sunday convicted a passenger of groping an El Al attendant during a flight from New York to Israel.
The incident occurred on September 28, 2006.
The defendant had alternately denied that anything had happened between him and the attendant with arguing that he had brushed her by accident when she woke him up.
The court accepted the attendant and one of her coworker’s version of events in convicting the passenger.
