Petah Tikva man arrested over murder of events hall manager

Police confirmed on Wednesday that Aviv Ben-Bassat, a 21-year-old Petah Tikva resident, was arrested in connection to the murder of Roey Bring, a 35-year-old eventshall owner in the city.

Bring was stabbed to death last week while trying to separate twoyouths who were involved in a fight outside the hall.
Ben-Bassat reenacted the incident for police, and maintains that hecommitted the act in self-defense.
