PM considers ways to better integrate Ethiopian community

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met Thursday with representatives from the Ethiopian community in Kiryat Malachi, Army Radio reported. Netanyahu hoped to explore ways to improve the community's integration.

At the opening of the meeting Netanyahu emphasized, "The phenomenon of racism will not be viewed as legitimate in Israel, we will not tolerate a situation where part of the nation is pushed to the side and denigrated."

The prime minister added that his office would act to solve significant problems for the community regarding residential living, education, employment and religion.
