PM hints he will move up elections if he can't pass budget

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said Tuesday that he would move up the date for general elections if the government failed to agree on a new budget, Israel Radio reported.
"For four years we acted responsibly on the economy," he said. "We lowered the unemployment to one of the lowest rates in the Western world, we nursed a higher growth that most Western countries, and we added hundreds of thousands of jobs."
He added: For four years we acted responsibly, and we must continue in this path."
