Police officer convicted of attacking handcuffed prisoner

A Tel Aviv police officer, Amir David, was convicted on Wednesday of assaulting a handcuffed prisoner in the police station.
The judge said he was satisfied with evidence that the victim's injuries were sustained after his arrest, and added that the police officer had not been a credible witness.
Dan Rappaport was arrested after he swore at policemen who were demanding he reduce the noise coming from a party he was holding.
