Police pull dead body from water off Netanya beach

Police on Saturday pulled a body out of the water off the coast of Netanya. The body was in a very advanced state of decomposition when found and has been taken for a forensic examination to determine the cause of death.
Police said the man was found wearing regular clothing, not a swimsuit, and was so badly decomposed that he was impossible to identify.
Stormy seas prevented police from extracting the body, which was pinned against the wave-breakers offshore.
