Police reinforce J'lem presence to prevent riots

Tensions were high in Jerusalem in anticipation of Friday prayers following the Navy raid on the Gaza-bound Mavi Marmara and the resulting fatalities.
Entrance to the Temple Mount was allowed only to women and men aged over 40 and possessing Israeli citizenship.
Jerusalem police reinforced their presence along major thoroughfares in Arab neighborhoods of east Jerusalem and throughout the Old City.
Saudi Arabia placed this condition on normalization with Israel
