Police suspect Beersheba hammer attack was nationalistic

An unknown man who launched a hammer and teargas attack outside of the Beersheba Municipality on Monday is suspected by police to have acted on nationalistic motives.
During the attack, the individual launched a seemingly random hammer attack on two unconnected individuals on the plaza outside the municipality, injuring one person moderately and a second person lightly, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld told The Jerusalem Post.
