Polish court: Uri Brodsky to be extradited to Germany

A Warsaw district court ordered the extradition of alleged Mossad agent Uri Brodsky to Germany on charges of forging a German passport on Wednesday.
Until the written ruling is issued by the court next week, it is unclear whether Brodsky will appeal his extradition, said defense attorney Anna Mika-Kopec.
Brodsky was detained in Poland in June on an arrest warrant issued by Germany for the alleged involvement in the killing of Hamas member Mahmoud al-Mabhouh.
