Putin: Spy arrests may damage US-Russian relations

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin expressed concern that the recent arrest of 11 Russian citizens in the US on suspicion of espionage may cause the relations between the two countries to deteriorate, Reuters reported on Tuesday.
"The police in your country have lost all control and is sending people to jail," Putin reportedly told former US president Bill Clinton. "I hope that all of the positive accomplishments in our relationship will not be damaged by this last incident."
