Queen Elizabeth arrives at UN with peace message

Queen Elizabeth II has arrived at the United Nations where she's expected to appeal for world unity and peace.
The 84-year-old British monarch last visited the United Nations in 1957.
The queen arrived in the United States on Tuesday at Kennedy Airport after visiting Canada.
After addressing the General Assembly and meeting with UN officials and diplomats, Elizabeth will visit the World Trade Center site, laying a wreath in tribute to the thousands who died in the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attack, including 67 Britons.
The queen and her husband, Prince Philip, were greeted by US Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and General Assembly President Ali Abdessalam Treki and their wives.
