Rabbi Lior protests: Police on high alert

Police were on a state of high alert Tuesday due to concerns over another day of possible protests due to the arrest of Kiryat Arba Chief Rabbi Dov Lior.
Hundreds demonstrated Monday in Jerusalem, and in confrontations with police 25 protesters were detained and two policemen were slightly injured.
Rabbit Lior is being investigated on suspicion of inciting violence through his support for the controversial book 'Torat Hamelekh' (King’s Torah), that gives Jews permission to kill Gentiles if under threat.
