Relative quiet holds in South raising hopes of ceasefire

Relative quiet held in southern Israel on Sunday evening, giving credence to tentative reports of a successfully negotiated cease-fire between Israel and Hamas in Cairo, Army Radio reported.
No rockets were fired since five rockets hit the Eshkol Regional Council earlier on Sunday, causing no injuries or damage.
