Remands extended for 5 arrested in clashes in Tuba

Police announced on Wednesday that the remands of five people who were arrested in connection with clashes that erupted between police and residents of the northern Beduin village of Tuba Zangharia have been extended by four days.
Youths from the village threw stones at police, and burned municipal buildings in response to an arson attack at the local mosque.
Fifteen suspects in total will beheld for further investigations, and one of the detained men was released after questioning and will not appear in court.
In total police said that 16 were arrested.
